So. I wanted to get this opinion out here on the forums. For anybody considering or that stumbled across this supplier, DO NOT purchase from them. I know there is lots of people who view and read on these forums a lot and hopefully this supplier will be out there with my review. Last week I purchased 25 hornworms from them. They ship Monday-Wednesday "supposedly", my order was never shipped that week. Also took a couple days to reply to my message of me saying like hey my order wasn't shipped out are there problems? Well they replied back this MONDAY. And they said and I quote "Sorry to hear that, we are back up and running and your order will be shipped out today or tomorrow." So I replied back understanding that they maybe had too many orders IDK. Well it's Thursday now and my hornworms have still not been shipped after being told they would've been shipped out a couple days ago. I've requested a refund and have yet to be contacted about anything now. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this supplier if you need your feeders as soon as possible, or ever. Hopefully I will get my refund, and I will then order from Great Lakes Hornworms.

Thank you for the disclaimer. I just went to their website and on the advertisement for their dubias, it said (in small print) that the usual size of roaches is on backorder. Seems like a lot are on backorder . . .

I had good service from them in the past but they are really bad in the last couple of months. I gave them sereral chances to get it together but my last order was placed the 9th of this month and still not here. Thank god this order was not live feeders. They have been putting all the blame on the USPS...but even when it came UPS it was slow. I am DONE.

Very much agreed. It's quite BS.

Weird, I've been shipping stuff with usps. No problems... sounds like BS on their part

It is most definitely a facility issue. I checked their website and their stuff is all on backorder. I have also been shipping things with USPS, and there have been no abnormal issues.
