We have those all over certain areas here. Very strange as you dont see them often then all of a sudden you find a building covered in them. Very fast. They will drop their tail in defense.
Hope everyone is safe. Utility company has some serious work ahead of them so I would expect this to be the norm for a while. Takes a long time to fix infrastructure issues.
I use thick vertical branches with a few small nubs still on it from where I snipped off branches. I zip tie them to corners and then i can lay horizontal branches scross the nub for support and then ziptie
I am having the same problem with one fixture. It was not getting wet. I think it is an issue with the fixture itself. Not an electrician. Maybe irregular current.
