Can somebody help me with this?

It’s been a while since I did it. Go to the top tab of Species and click the desired species, which is Chameleo. Then find Chameleo Calyptratus Calyptratus and click. Below the pic, click Experience. Scroll down to the very bottom and click Add my experience.

Which UVB bulb is the best for Chameleons?

I’m a fan of Arcadia since hearing that they are good for a year and ReptiSun is good for only 6 months. It has been said since that ReptiSun has improved and also lasts a year, but I haven’t bought one to check it for myself. Arcadia has proven itself to actually last more than a year for me...

    Show me your feeding dishes!!

I love my Shooting Gallery feeding station. https://tkchameleons.com/products/shooting-gallery?variant=30018608595032 For a couple of my guys, I made my own version of it using plastic food trays from various sources (like frozen dinners or cat food bowl). While some feeder insects can wriggle...

How do I take care of this

I use veterinary disinfectants, like F 10. For general use, I use it at a dilution strength of 1:500. If I know there’s something nasty I’ll dilute at 1:250 or even 1:100. I let it sit for about 30 minutes and then rinse. I believe some use steam cleaning.

    Clingy??

Then if all is good, count yourself as one of the fortunate ones with a ‘friendly’ veiled. ☺️

    New Enclosure Stress

I agree to give him time to adjust. Stepping onto your hair - he’s probably just checking out the strange tree top that’s moving around in front of him. It does indicate he has trust in you.

    Clingy??

That is unusual for a veiled. Usually the only thing they want with us is food. Often when a chameleon (especially veileds) is wanting to come out to and on us, they are not happy with their enclosures for whatever reason…too small, not enough plants or branches, wrong uvb, wrong temps or...

    Mistking Lacking Power

This is a totally bizarre mystery that the same thing has happened even with a new system. One more suggestion - try reaching out to Mist King and see if they know what is going on. https://mistking.eu/ My single experience with them is that they were pretty prompt in a reply.

    Sick dying chameleon help

Looking again at your pic, I initially misidentified the orientation of it. The black is the enclosure bottom and the poos there do not look very healthy, even taking into account the water from misting. Then the cricket down there, live or dead makes for an unhealthy environment. Also, is it...

    Sick dying chameleon help

Omg! What has happened to him? Poor guy. He’s severely dehydrated and starved. If he’s to have any chance, it’s with immediate vet care. He may be too far gone though, in which case a euthanasia would be most humane.

    New Cage is Here!!!

Yay! Rango must be so much happier now! 🤗 I know you just got it all together, but I still want to add some tips. If you are up for the extra work, you can easily add some garden trellis to the inside which you can hang branches, vines and even plants from. I find it easiest to do these things...
