I am using birch hardwood plywood for my new drainage stand for mine.And type of hardwood would be best i would think.

I got mine at the dollar store.All white and i did 3 sides of my cage and left the top and front open.I plan on adding a humidifier and putting it on one side of the cage.I will just cut some of the curtain away to let the humidifier go towards the inside of the cage.

I like your idea of making the frame out of oak.I was just wondering were someone like me could get the pan.I can build the frame myself.Would just need to get a hold of the pan.

Sweet idea.Depending on the total dimensions with the legs included and the price i would be interested in one of them.My cage dimensions are 17 by 17, 1/8th.And my stand that the cage sits on is 24 x 24.
