The little suction cup-like feet on the hornworms get stuck to branches, screens etc.
The cham goes to shoot and tries to pull his tongue back in and the hornworm is like "Nope! You gotta work harder to eat me!!"
Hopefully this isn't bad for the chams tongue :o

never been bitten by a cricket <knocks on wood> but I have been bitten by a Superworm. I chucked that thing clear across the room :D I pick them up with tongs now lol

my male veiled gets black streaks on his face most prodominately when he sleeps, it is his color marks :p makes his look extra grumpy in his sleep heh :D
