Yeah, I’ve only seen him go striped when he is hunting. He doesn’t always do it but he does do it quite often.

Personally, I prefer Panther chameleons. Though, as others have said, it’s your own preference that matters. So it’s up to you. But as for my preference, I feel Panthers display more beautiful colors than any other species of Chameleons. They supposedly are more docile than other species also...
