In general T's from Asia and Africa tend to be fast and agressive, T's from the North and South America tend to be more calm and placid.
For beginner Tarantula keepers I would suggest T's from the Brachypelma group, like Brachypelma Smithii. In general these are some of the more docile T's...

If you can care for a Cham you can care for a flyer. I'd say the flyer is easier than most species of chams.

Green and Brown Anoles in the pet trade are wild caught. Any farm raised ones are also "wild caught" for all intents and purposes

The concept that pinkies have lots of calcium is pretty well outdated. A pinky mouse is basically Crisco in a pink skin. The tiny amounts of calcium from their tiny bones is almost useless compared to the HUGE amount of fat the gecko would ingest. A pinky as a treat now and then is harmless...
These guys should come with a disclaimer "Warning: Eats a lot!". This tiny gecko is a fierce and relentless predator, it is so fun to watch it chase bugs :)
