I was trying to keep my temps low like originally advised but like other I have found that my babies
were hanging out near the top of the cage and staying dark.
Right now the highest basking point is 90〫F with the lowest point being 70〫F. They still head to the
top areas of the cage to mid...
I was concerned about the drinking too. I seen them eating but hadn't seen any drinking until today.
I'm used to my chams licking the leaves or opening their mouths when the mister is on. But today I saw my little girl shooting her tongue at water drops that were a good 2 inches away...

I'm keeping mine in the same size. They do look so small, I can hardly find them. I wonder if I shouldn't get smaller cages for now.

I live in the same area and have killed them in the house when it got too hot (before I set up cooler for the summer). Keep them in a closet if you don't want to seen them, not outside.
The first time my cham had babies I got so mad at the kids. I thought they had tossed in a brunch of crickets in her cage, they were all over the screen. When I looked closer I found 10 precious little ones :)
