Wow!! That's alot of good stuff, thank you. Quick question though, this is what I give my crickets. Is this what you can directly feed my cham? And if so how do i feed it? my guy still runs evrytime I open the cage so I can't handle feed yet.
What could I feed for a varied diet and good gut load? Right now I do crickets dusted daily and a few hornworms throughout the week. I gut load my crickets with mustard greens, and fruits(mango, strawberries, oranges etc.)right now.
When I bought my cham 2 weeks ago I was told this Repashy super foods plus(posted pictures)was all I needed and to dust EVERYDAY with it. After all my reading on here and seeing others have sick chams due to supplements and vitamins not being utilized correctly I just want to make sure I'm doing...
So I tried to hand feed again this morning after having him for about 2 weeks. Idk if it is to soon or what, but he is literally terrified of me!!! I had my arm outstretched for a 10 min not looking at him until it started tingling and falling asleep. When I finally decided to turn around he was...
Yeah I'm excited for the journey! Even after this shed he looks alot differant than when I brought him home. It's hard to see in the picture but on the middle of his body towards the bottom he's got a small bright turquoise color, so I hope that's a good sign for things to come.
I don't have a picture of his sire but 3 months wouldn't surprise me as know eggs hatch at differant times. This could have even just been a rough average age of them the breeder told him. As for transluscents I've read they tend to be a little more neon-ish in color even if just low-end but...
I did choose him personally actually, he was from a line of transluscents and i was told all 4 chams in the cage were roughly 2 months. I had them pull him out for me first because i liked how hearty he looked. And then HE just happened to be a HIM so i was sold. I posted a thread yesterday with...
I've had him for just under 2 weeks and in that time I've since raised his cage 10" and added more foliage on two separate occasions so it hasn't been the easiest transition for him I'm sure. Setup is 20x20x36 custom screen and wood enclosure. Reptisun 5.0, 60w heat bulb and 5000k led plant...
Hey guys just interested in others input as far as my little guys happiness goes. Does he look happy as far as his posture and color? Not sure what else to look for. I just noticed he sits in this spot all the time! I see him roaming in the morning and before bed usually and I see him moving...
So I've had my little guy for almost two weeks. This morning (when he is hungriest) I tried to feed him a hornworm from my hand which was about a 5 min. standoff lol. He's had hornworms as a treat twice already and that was just so I could familiarize him with them. But after about 5 min of...
