    I trapped a beaver back in the 90s. Beaver tail is different but delicious. Never had or heard of bannock. Sound yummy!

    This is something I plan to do but its going to take some time and guidance. Find a mentor before you breed. Also remember to breed something worth breeding not just any ol' thing. If you are serious, take your time finding the stock worth the time and effort. No backyard line breeding!

    Wait for a cool morning. 1hr before sunrise and blast them with hose. Or cover window with clear plastic sheet (heavier the better), secure to window and tape shut for a few days. Cooking with the sun is fun!
