    Female ambilobe with protruding hip

    if it was a broken or displaced bone she'd definitely have trouble moving it and be in pain... especially when you touch her. maybe a lymph node..? can you post a pic where you can see both of her hips simultaneously? from above say... it would be better for comparison.

    yeah.... :( i guess house mites, those tiny white ones. i've talked to a few ppl here who seem to have similar problems... a friend that works at the zoo said they've had that problem for a while, but with their mealworms. He said its not a problem for feeding tho, just a nuisance, so at least...

    yeah… but there isn't that much moisture in their enclosure, so i doubt its fungus, plus it scrapes of pretty easily… eggs are my bet, but i dunno what could have laid them. :( and again… i'm scared to feed with them, yet they're my staple food.. and i can't even guarantee i haven't fed them...
