Thats a pretty good ambient RH, you probably don't need a humidifier at this point. I am not sure where you are located, but RH will likely go down as winter nears. Keep that humidifier for the dry autumn and winter.

Your enclosures look great! I love those perfectly sized ficus alli trees you have in there.... Have you used them before in enclosures? I have a big one in my chameleon room and I use it for showers but I haven't found one appropriately sized for a cage. They sure look great and provide...

Sounds like a good plan. The sink idea has been executed successfully before and make for a good looking and functional setup. Make sure to post pics for us to see when you are done!

I use RO water for my misting system to reduce buildup and prolong the life of the system. It is also important that chams do not drink chlorine or other additives so filtering or using something like reptisafe is necessary. I also noticed my cages were less grimy using RO water.
