There's nothing wrong with him. :) That's the "shaky leaf walk" they do to mimic leaves rustling in the trees to help camouflage themselves in. If there's anything new in the cage, or somewhere in his view from his cage, it could be making him nervous. If he's eating dirt, then that is a cause...

It's a hawk moth, from a hornworm..... Flash was terrified of the big flappy monster. It had crawled on him, and he was frozen stiff, so I had to "rescue" him from the killer moth. ;) No, that's actually my bathtub.... I have over 45 orchids now, and some of my vandas are as tall (or taller)...

Call some different vets. I just had 6 spots biopsied on Chief. Use of a animal hospital (my vet does house calls, she doesn't have a clinic) + anesthesia, + histo on the samples = $150.
