    Egg shells Banana peel Orange/Lemon/Lime peel (acidic plants) Ash Nut Shells Tea leaves Wood shavings Hair and Fur Dead leaves thats some of what my parents use. coffee grounds too but coffee is toxic to chams so i wouldnt use those lol

    i think homemade compost. i know banana skins are good for acid loving plants and egg shells are a big one with gardeners. i would chop it up and put it in the plants and put a layer of dirt over it. just to keep it from smelling and attracting flies.

    perhaps look at pictures of different cham problems such as parasites and compare it to what he looks like. if hes not dehydrated, undernourished, and his temps are right and he eats and he is active, and doesnt look, act or seem sick in any way he might just be recovering like you suspect...

    see i was told that anywhere between the temp of 80 to 85 they will breed like crazy. its like that for over half the year here and all year if your me. i keep my place warm lol. i usually keep it at like 77 which is pretty close in the winter. it freaks me out so much lol.
