I had the same issue so I now adjusted my set up to make this process easier.
I have all his vines and branches attached to the sides and have them in a position where I can just slip out the plant pots sitting on the bottom, clean the bottom cage etc and wipe down all the plants and slip...
Note on the '' Veileds don't like being misted''. My little guy used to hate it but has mostly grown used to it now and often seems to enjoy it. Warming the water up to room temp before misting seems to help give them less of a shock when being sprayed. He still has his moments where he'll run...
So I've just cleaned the feeders tub and put some gutload in there for them.

I would just like to reiterate what Brodybreaux25 said now that you have your laybin in the cage, you still need make sure she has a privacy curtain up.
You can you pretty much use anything that will get the job done i.e curtains, sheets, blankets etc
If shes pooped only once in 5 day it could be a build up of poop? I've noticed once, my little guy ate loaads and he got a little lump in the same area and just as I was about to panic he done a big poop and it went away haha.
