I've encountered at least two healthy roaches. I did a google search, and they look like oriental roaches. Thanks for the advice though. I bought these sticky traps in hope they will solve the problem...
so a friend brought over a few boxes from his storage and long story short it carried roaches into our home.
If I were to use pesticides and roach bait will it harm my dubia colony or even chameleons? My concern is the pest roach will find its way into my dubia colony or my chameleon cage.
Check out the care sheets. I dont think when you feed them is important as how much you feed them.
Misting however is an art. Getting an auto mister imo is worth it. Its more then getting your cage wet. It cleans your chameleon. It hydrates them. It helps with shedding, etc.
First of june. I plan on putting them under my porch in the backyard. The reasoning being is during summer temps there is cooler than in the room they are right now.
I'll be leaving Sunday afternoon and coming back Wednesday night. I have a mist king. Do you think I can feed heavily the days b4 and not feed them Monday to wed?
I'm planning my summer vacation and by then my panthers will be 6 months. Can my friend feed them every other day? are they ok outside when night temps are in mid 50s.. i live in southern california
I have a dubia colony. my banded crickets from LLL keeps dying. I buy 100 and put them in a Rubbermaid tub with 5 egg crates with water crystals, bug burger and carrots. temp drops to 60s at night and goes up to 70-80 during the day.
each day I probably pick out 5 crickets. I don't leave dead...
