which bulb should i use as a grow light

Hey so do i need a grow light for my umbrella plant, if so what kind do you recommend.

oh i was looking at my plant and ive got a couple details that may help it has three stalks, the tiny branches have about 5 small leaves, the leaves are wavy sometimes, it is light green and white in places, and its pretty small right now.

So i bought a schefflera plant and plan to use it in my enclosure but the safe plants list says schefflera arboricola or umbrella plant. can i use plain schefflera? :confused:

just look at it closely dosent it look like a baby caterpillar actually im pretty shure it is we have tons of those around here but i wouldnt feed it to a chameleon without knowing if it is safe first but im not entirely sure of what it is so to be safe you shouldnt use them right now.
