For a veiled I would go with the Repashy calcium plus and use it lightly 4-5 times a week

Jumping to the end but the best IMO is the arcadia 6% with the typical heat dome and a jungle dawn LED strip. Unless you have a uv solarmeter then go with the 12% and dumb it down.. All available from Todd at LYR

hibiscus need a lot of natural sunlight to thrive. I am assuming the lights you mention are only for the plant and that you have the appropriate heat and uv lighting your cham requires. If you want a strong plant light look into the jungle dawn products that Todd at light your reptiles...
