I think its good for the skin and eyes to get some wetness periodically, as they would in rain. Doesn't have to be daily though
I'd say no, not until they're a solid month or so old.

I agree, you need to plan to house each one on its own, and fairly soon too. You can see the difference in sizes - and the smaller ones will fall further behind with competition and stress.

leave alternative food for the isopods in the cage and I doubt it will happen again. especially ensure there is sufficient calcium available.
in addition to chameleon skin, shed skin from mealworms / superworms is also enjoyed by isopods

Just do the best you can for treatment (if needed) and keep doing the best you can generally. He will survive. Mistakes happen - don't beat yourself up too much, just learn...
which formulation? I definitely would NOT use it every day / everytime. Too many vitamins. If you have the low d version, once a week would likely be enough. If you have the regular version, I'd go less often for a pig, maybe twice a month. You could use a plain calcium/mineral supplement...
