Arcadia T5's all the way. I use the 12% on all my chameleons including jacksons and kinyongia and they all do really well under them.

You will be fine at temperatures as low as 15c. If you do want to have some hating a camera in on a stat is what you want, a heat mat will be useless. You would hope that they would seek out heat but they don't. Once they are asleep they stay there so really you want to up the whole cages...

Good for treats for fruit eating geckos and using for gut loading occasionally but fruit and veg is much better.

What you will find is you may need to swap wattage bulbs depending on the time of year so you may use the 100 watt for winter and a 60 or 40 watt for warmer weather. It's all trial and error and seeing what works.

Ideally you want a tube uv bulb that runs the entire length of the top of the cage. I personally don't use and don't recommend the use of the compact bulbs but some people use them.

Remember they need a few peaks in humidity a day of high humidity and the rest can be normal room humidity so the fogger may not be needed as much as it is on.

As long as you get them peaks I wouldn't worry too much about specific numbers. You could try using a dropper to help with hydration. Just make sure you have a container to catch any water below the dropper to avoid spillages.
