yes, it’s bioactive and has a drainage layer. daytime temps are around 21-25 up top and 16-18 on the bottom. he has a basking branch under the heat bulb and it’s not obstructed.

Roaches do like a bioactive set up, and I found mine at least breed better in one. You don’t want the crickets though, so are going to have to redo it.

If your enclosure is bioactive, the whole thing is a lay bin. Just make sure to have enough depth of substrate.
