I seriously need a handyman/woman to just come when I need them and fix my stuff for free. While I’m still in the land of make believe, I might as well add a free housekeeper and cook to that.

First time in my entire life ever being bit by a cat...it hurts! My own fault. Put my finger in the line of fire while trying to prevent my sweet quirky Tabby from chewing my Kindle. I did save my Kindle.
Had a horrible nightmare that someone stole 2 of my chams!
Yay but also Stepdaughter will be moving out next month and I’ll be getting my reptile room back. While it’ll be great to have all my scaly babies in their own cat-free room, I’m going to miss stepdaughter.
Some days I wish I were much younger. Today has not been one of those days.

The Beast dog has to wake me up, often as early as 3 AM, for his breakfast. He doesn’t care if I just fell asleep an hour before. He is awfully cute and sweet how he wakes me though, so hard to get upset.

Fighting my curls trying to become dreadlocks from lack of professional haircut for over a year. Scratching my skin (eczema) raw while putting off seeing dermatologist. Chameleon gets a tiny mystery bump and make the soonest vet appointment I can get. Priorities!
I’ve been to hundreds of people’s homes in my job and have seen quite an assortment of pets...from standard dog/cats to birds, bunnies, guinea pigs and even a fox...but not one reptile. Strange.
Wow!!! Looks like redoing Stella’s enclosure was cutting it too close for comfort. She just entered her lay bin and is digging! Darn it! I didn’t get my little camera set up or put up my usual sheet with peek holes. Too late now.
Ugh! Now I have to clean up all of the plants and mess I made yesterday while tearing down Stella’s old enclosure and setting up her new one.
Found this big cutie in my fenced in backyard. No idea where he/she was headed, but I delivered it to the big pond across the street before it became a dog toy.
Trying to stay positive, but much sadness and frustration here today. I say we hijack every TV station’s broadcasts with a 24 hr continuous loop of video of Bill Strand giving a chameleon 101 course.
Off to get the 2nd dose of Covid vaccine. Praying it doesn’t make me feel like crap.
Few months ago tried to help kid with cham that stepdaughter worked with. Gave feeders, supplements, full husbandry 101 & told to contact me if needed. Well, just learned cham died & now they have a beardie.
Some days I just hate people.
Yay! Got a second hand wine fridge! Now hopefully my silkworm eggs won’t freeze to death and I can get back to hatching my own. -
