Just a quick warning. If your house is a possessed as ours, then the spending will never stop for house repairs. It's not one thing it's another over here. Are you planning on hiring a pro or doing it yourself?

My house is possessed in that everything that enters it becomes obese. I was very thin when I bought it from an obese couple with obese dogs. That changed quick!
The repairs are ones I can’t do...new fence, retile bathroom, etc. Trying hard not to use credit - still paying for the new roof and ac unit I needed last year.

See if you can find a handy man. Sometimes they are less expensive then a regular company to come do it.

My wife is in some group on Facebook that posts deals throughout the day. One day I think we got a total of 13 packages. It’s amazing what you “need” when there’s a deal LOL
