Sometimes I am surprised at how I fail to think properly. Due to a moment of stupidity, I now have about 100 silkworms cocooning wherever they want in and out of their bin. No way to fix it now either.

Last week my sis came over and got to see all of my lizards for the first time. It was so cute that she had to touch each one to see what they feel like, after asking if they bite.
It was hilarious when she turned her head and jumped a mile when she saw beardie Spike just hanging out in his enclosure. She didn’t want to touch him.
Argh!
Fire ants suck!
This is a new one. Just had a soft shelled turtle ‘knock’ on my front door. I have geckos living beneath the gecko ornaments outside my house, anoles living between my screens and windows and tree frogs living in my shed. Ok, living in Florida has some merit.
Sad work weekend. Sad Monday.
Nothing like finding an adult discoid roach just hanging out in your kitchen. Must have been one that escaped the chams…probably my slow eater Jack.
Somedays it’s like this
Peeked in at Stella today and heard the strangest cute little squeak noise from her. She was sitting in a kind of unusual position. On a hunch I looked below her and sure enough, a fresh poo. So, was the cute little squeak a chameleon fart? 
Chameleons are so much easier than dogs and cats. None of my chameleons has ever woken me by sitting on me, swiping my mouth with one claw or licking my face.
I need a little army of myself. It took forever and a day to get all of my reptiles moved into their new room. Now is taking just as long to clean up all the tools & stuff and put my bedroom back together as it was before I had the chams in it.
Murphy’s law strikes again! Man! I hate that guy Murphy!
So excited! Hoping to get my babies moved into their room and upgraded enclosures this coming week. It’s been a lot of work, and still more to go. So very worth it though.
Oh no! Poor me! I need to go buy more plants.
Almost done making the panels. Have put it off, but can’t any longer…I need more branches! No choice but to look like a crazy old woman on the side of the road scavenging from the downed dead tree that I found.
90% chance of rain so I couldn’t work on my foam backgrounds…have to do them outside. Not one drop of rain fell. Day wasted.
At the rate it’s going, it’ll take at least another 2 weeks before I can move my chams to their new room.
Dang! Stella was hungry! I no sooner put her first roach in her feeder and zap! It was gone! Barely had time to even move the tongs away.
I never thought it would come, but the day has finally arrived! Stepdaughter has left the nest and I have an empty room into which I can move all of my scaled ones into. Bittersweet yay!
When I get out of the shower and have my hair wrapped in a big green towel turban, do my veileds think I’m mocking them? -
