My chameleon 3 month nosy be has this as well, but ever so slightly. Anyone find out what this is?

Posting a pic of the tail base is what we need to properly sex a panther chameleon :) As for the enclosure, it all depends on where bouts you are living and how well you can manage the temperature and humidity. PS. From that one pic so far, I say boy

Yea I would believe bare is the way to go. Easiest to clean and maintain.

Hmm, well it seems I adjusted the cup ( Made it smaller) and he still seems to be disinterested in the crickets. We'll see how it goes, hopefully hes just not used to his environment. I always panic with these little guys on the slightest issue.

I would have said flapneck as well however I feel like from the picture its lacking the "Flap" and has more of a casque.
