This is great.. really snails? I have never heard of using them as a feeder. Has anyone tried ? We have loads in our new garden, but i always presumed they would be too slimy for them

@Beman this is how it was before I moved. The idea was to let him explore it . I let him once... with 3 meter ceilings it was the worst mistake... it was like watching a trapeze artist terrified they would fall. Had to dig the ladder out and get him back

He he yea those flies.. I used to open the container and release them in his enclosure and close the door and it was party time :) The flies will only mate at a certain wave length of light and with enough space as they mate on the wing.... I looked at getting one of these...

How did the BSF colony go? I could never breed them.. the lighting or the space was never correct. Thinking about having a BSF composter in the garden but the winters get really cold here and I don’t think the missus will be happy with them in the house :P

No, ones enough :) His free range takes up my apartment. He can also be a DIVA with his food sometimes as you probably already know with your chams. Two divas would be too much for me :P Locust no... Cricket no... Dubia no.... Silkworm no... he got me raising stick insects for a while :P

Hey Beman I don't have any humidity issues was just pointing out something to keep an eye out for as mold likes to thrive above 70% but if everything is fine on your end then I guess its advice you wont be needing (y)

It could be too much chitin from the superworms. It also looks dry so perhaps that took a while to pass? A wax worm poo is more goey and jelly. If you are feeding superworms try and stick to the freshly moulted white ones.... maybe take the wax worms and supers out of rotation for a while and...

Im so sorry about Karma. What did the Chameleon vet in your state say? Why did you feel you needed a second opinion ? As AmandaS and NashansCamos have said create a hospital tub.. so she can no longer fall. I would give her more branches to support her and try and make her as comfortable as...
