Managed to catch the rep vet before they closed and have baytril so will see how he goes, trying to keep him drinking small and regular too as hes dehydrated. Will keep you updated. Don't know how the owner didn't notice this!

I know there is no cure without antibiotics my aim was to see if there was any way to make him more comfortable for now.
