As, far as I know, there is only one like "species" of panther Chameleon, just different colour morphs. I love panthers to and recon I'm goig to start with one cos they're one of the easiest. noah

hey, I don't have a cham, but after browsing and posting on these forums for a bit and researching for like ever, I think that you have actually listed everything that a chameleon isn't. i.e. Chameleons, as a rule, aren't friendly and don't like being handled, but on the other hand some are...

hey, is it the inset screening that you can use. Aluminium screen and usually it says thta it's used to keep out mozys etc. Cheers! noah

wow! nice posts. Does anyone know where you can buy the screening, i.e. plastic coated aluminium mesh like the smal stuff, i think it was 1/8" but I'm not sure We're in metric over here and imperial confuses me! lol My dad's a good carpenter and I'm thinking about asking him to help me...

ok, I may be being very stupid here but I am confused. Things (i.e. animals, cages, misting systems, live plants etc etc.) Appear to be very varied in price in the Chameleon world. I have already established in my mind why some chameleons themselves are more expensive to buy than others...

HI all, again.... lol. More interest and I trhought I'd ask the oracle, (or anyone else who may or may not wish to be given a mythical title due to their vast knowledge on a particular cham related subject) Why do Panther prices vary so much between suppliers/breeders? for example...

HI, more questions! :o I'm now very intrigued (i think thats how you spell it) about Panther Chameleons lifespans. (Male) looking it up I have had "quotes" for lifespans in captivity of males ranging from 1-2 years to 10 years! the general average appears to be 5ish but how long in everyones...

thanks lele. THey are beautiful aren't they! but by the looks of things they are quite antisocial even for a chameleon and I'd like a cham that would at least enjoy being handled once in a while. I think a Panther sounds like the best bet for me, but I'll keep colecting information on thase...

hey frogman, I've not actually got a chameleon but have been asking similar questions about feeding and puttin a load of crickets in at 1ce to last like 2 days or so. Have a look I got quite alot of replies and i certainly found it very helpful...
