Can I just rebump ths thread...I am interested in this subject because I had also read about it as common practice in the first book I ever got on chams. Since then all my other books don't really mention it, and I rarely hear anyone talking about it... I think it would be good to hear...

Thanks Trace....yes she like's locusts quite a bit too (which keep the nutrobal/calcium on them quite well I find)...just she's quite partial to fruitflies too...but she get's a good variety...And because she is outside you even get the odd wild insect in there...even woodlice!!! These are...

usualy b&q have em too mate...sometimes on big hessian uprights, which are good for climbin (like a chameleon stratching post) :D
