Hi, I wast wondering what would be the best chameleon diet?

Yeah he had some problems shedding last time but also i was just wondering if it's something that might be good to get for the future. But i guess i will just do the warm showers if i have to, thanks.:)

So the first picture shows the black spot under his chin and the couple next ones (if you can see) the 3 bumps on his ribs. Should i worry about it? And if anyone can see anything else just let me know. Thanks.:)
