I raised one plant and put another larger plant in. I put river rocks on the soil of the plant so she doesn’t try to eat the vermiculite pieces. Hope she gets out of the corner of the cage and feels more comfortable now. Also my wife is going to want to buy more plants since I put hers in the cage 🤣

    Outdoor habitats are complete

Those are some serious cages! Hurricane proof. Nice craftsmanship and I bet the chameleons enjoy being outside in them.

My wife gave me a veiled chameleon on Christmas. Named it Fred then found out it was a girl a week later, still stuck with the name. Guessing she is about 6-7 months old. Moved her to a XL Reptibreeze yesterday and she has been hiding and was not happy about moving. Been learning a lot from here...

Anybody have one of these lights?

The cardboard on the ends of both were a little damaged. I pulled the bulbs out and they looked fine.

Anybody have one of these lights?

Went to pet smart and they had Arcadia 24w 6% UVB bulbs on clearance. Picked one up for my light fixture.

    Looking for Pygmy Chameleons!

Back in 2004 I bought a Pygmy chameleon at a local pet store. Made a vivarium for it to live in and a few weeks later it had four babies! Not long after I was moving and had to give them all away.

Looking at buying this for my veiled chameleon cage. Anyone have it? Any good? Read on the Acadia and reptisun, just looking at other options. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09SHQ4WCN/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A3NE7IWDLBP77L&psc=1#aw-udpv3-customer-reviews_feature_div Thanks
