Room is very dark, but not complete darkness, I have 5 other Chams sleeping fine in the same room, so to much light is not the issue. He has been sleeping all night tonight, will keep an eye on him.

As long as you keep your tems. good (basking light etc) and your humidity in spec you should be fine. Jackson's like it on the cooler wetter side.
