I can home today to an amazing surprise!! 3 of my 21 pygmy eggs had hatched!!
I'm extremely happy and am looking forward to getting my breeding program started!!
Yay!! Came home last night and saw one of my 4 gravid female Pygmy's covering up what appeared to be a nest.
So I let her finish up and walk away then carefully started digging and up came 5 perfect little eggs!! I put them in vermiculite and have them in a closet that stays about 74 degrees...
Hello, in addition to the ten Pygmy's I got I also picked up a female (supposedly gravid) rudis chameleon.
I can't find much info for these guys so any advise on proper care would be appreciated.
Okay here's a full shot of the terrarium.
What else should I add? All plants are on flchameleons safe plant list.
Ill post individual pics of each later
The cage is a 30 breeder aquarium. I have built onto it a screen top to make its taller area the tanks demensions are now 36/18/20 which puts it at roughly 56 gallons. Is this large enough is I heavily plant the tank? Thanks for the care sheet and being helpful
