Arcadia Supplements // Hopping on the Hype Train?

@Kamikaze Chameleon Here’s my calendar. I have food provided every other day due to age. How much you feed and how often depends on age of your cham.

Arcadia Supplements // Hopping on the Hype Train?

Hey there! Since I posted this in Feb, I have been using Earth Pro A every first, second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh feedings. Then, Repashy Calcium Plus LoD on the fourth feeding and Arcadia Calcium Pro MG on every eighth feeding. After the eighth feeding the cycle rotates again from the...

    Shooting gallery feeder lost magnet

Home Depot sells ones that work great. That’s what I use when the magnets break or get lost. Usually in the fasteners section. Come in various sizes and quantities, too. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Magnet-1-2-in-Neodymium-Rare-Earth-Magnet-Discs-6-per-Pack-07046HD/202526367

    Newly Hatched Chamelon Help!!

I read your comment on that and forgot to comment on it. Thank you for bringing it up again. IMHO I agree with you. I feel like a lot of the light is being wasted with the front side not being covered. My assumption is that the only effective uvi is pretty darn close to the bulb. If continuing...

    Newly Hatched Chamelon Help!!

@felo1812 Also, forgot to mention, those bulbs I spoke about are all 5.0’s. I notice with too high uvi the chams usually will hide and show signs of being stressed out. Thought that may help since you don’t have a uvi meter and are trying to gauge everything without one.

    Newly Hatched Chamelon Help!!

Hey there! Congrats on the new babe. For all my babies up to three or four months I use t8 fixtures set on top of the cage. My uvi readings are a little above 3UVI taken at the tip top of the inside of the enclosure against the screen. I have successfully raised many babies under these lights...

Are LED on Reptibreeze XL needed?

I have two of these enclosures that I’ve been using for about 6 months. Both are on timers so no lights on at night. When timer flips on it automatically sets the lights to their first setting - red and white. You can switch to all white if you want, you’ll just have to do manually each time. I...

    Chuck Norris finally made it!!

I’m happy everything is working out thus far for you! Thanks for being willing to meet up to hand off this little guy. I’m super relieved that we didn’t ship. It was like 110 degrees where we met so I’m grateful we didn’t ship. Totally worth the drive. You’re going to do a stellar job with him I...

    Bioactive Build

ALRIGHTY! It's that time! Time for me to show you the finished product. After a long long trial and error I finally got this enclosure the way I want it. I'm pleased with it and added all my microfauna and leaf litter and such. Added some spanish moss in random places (hoping it will work well...

Show me your (Individual) baby cage setup!

So the day after I was speaking to you on this thread I went by a local pet store. The owner and I have a good rapport and he offered to order cages for me at cost with the stores orders. Don't know if something like that is worth looking into with your local pet stores. Aside from that, you...

Show me your (Individual) baby cage setup!

From what I've researched, The 12" height is good until they reach about 3 or for months. That's only for one. That's my plan at least. I would be interested to know what she thinks, too.

Show me your (Individual) baby cage setup!

Yeah I get that. I just did a bioactive 18x18x36 and once all the stuff was added into it I could hardly lift it. I actually picked up that terrarium from LLL because it was like $120 to ship it from San Diego to Los Angeles..130 miles give or take. Maybe you can talk exo terra into sending you...
