i always thought that freezing preserved foods which is why when we veggies are out of season you buy them frozen as they still have their nutrients?! also thought its best to freeze very fresh veg before it naturally looses its nutritional value?! have i been deceived all these years?

darwin looked so happy last night and every night for that matter! he loves his sleep as you can see from these pics! (not the best pics in the world, didn't want to disturb him too much, but they show his colours amazingly)

bought a floating shelf yesterday but think its far too big so back off to another DIY store later to hopefully get a smaller one, might have to wait till the weekend and take my dad with me! he's more DIY minded lol
