    temp home

possibly, my dad's an electrician so should be able to rig something up! i'd still worry he'd get stressed tho, i have a very manic dog who races around everywhere, also i've not had darwin out for more than an hour before so don't know if he'd bask happily or want to go off and roam. he has a...

whilst i make a couple of adjustments to my male veiled's viv i need a temporary home for about 12hours so i can let the sealant set and fumes disappear. i have not other viv's and don't know of anyone with a spare. i live in the UK so it's not warm enough for him to stay on his yukka tree or...

    is this advised?

so i guess litter mates could live together but its not a good idea while i'm here, i've just cleaned my cham out and he seemed a lot calmer than normal when handling him. he walked straight onto a branch i was holding then up my arm to my head. i put him on a 6ft yukka tree whilst cleaning...

    Feeding

i've always been dubious about buying online and get my locusts from the garden centre i used to work at and where darwin came from. he won't eat crickets and is not a fan of wax worms, he refused to eat them last time i bought him any. this is all i can get local to me, only two other places i...

Where oh where is dear little Merlin?

i may sound stupid, but are there any rules to free roaming? i have a 6ft potted yukka tree that i bought for darwin and he loves it, i'd worry leaving him 'unsupervised' as he has climbed onto light fittings that i thought where too far away for him to reach, very frustrating! however i have...

    Improvements

the mesh at the back is for him to climb on. the only ventilation at the minute is the built on vents at the top and bottom. the problem i have is the room darwin' viv is in is cold all year round and being in the UK it would be very drafty as he is next to the window too. i can't move the viv...
