Hello CF members, been awhile since my last post here. As of right now my panther is being kept upstairs in the bedroom which isn't the most ideal space. We have no hvac system installed yet (70 year old house with incredibly outdated ducting/electrical/etc) so it gets quite warm like 80+*...

I believe they are, but not 100%. Before we bought the property, we toured several times and didn't see any ants at all. Actually until we had several days of straight rain. We did get the house inspected (boy was that expensive) and my wife and I both felt he did a terrific job. Emailed a 60+...

See that is what I'm thinking. We just had several days of straight rain so that could be the cause, just looking for dry area. They also seem to only be upstairs, have yet to find any downstairs.
