I second the rats. They're very sweet. You can also look into chinchillas and french lop rabbits, which can grow to be quite large, around 10 lbs. or a Rex rabbit, which are also pretty big but not as big as the french lop.

Your beardie is very cute. I noticed the substrate you have. I would get rid of it and switch to carpet or paper towels.

Ooo its so fancy.

The enclosure he has her in is so tiny. She hardly has anywhere to go in it. I can't believe he'd just put it on the floor like that. She must feel boxed in and he also runs the risk of accidentally kicking the cage when walking since most people aren't always looking down when they walk.
