That could be the problem,I will try to do some rearranging so he gets UVB while basking?He has 2 75 watt basking bulbs which gets adequate heat.

Yes it does have a mirrored reflector.There is cage screen between the light.the bulb is only a few months old.His basking area is under the heat bulbs but not the Reptisun.I do not have a solar meter

I am currently using a Reptisun 5.0 T5-HO 22 inch 24 watt.My 8 month old Panther doesn’t have much of a appetite but when I put him in the sun he eats like a pig.I am thinking this light isn’t strong enough? I could use some feedback?

True but color on females are not as pronounced as males.Size of females are somewhat smaller than males also.

Looking at your enclosure, he may be having trouble drinking.I recommend having more plants near the top of the cage and having a drip system falling on the plants?

Looks like he may be sick?If no improvement take him to a vet ASAP
