Yes, you need a lot more plants. There should be tons of hiding spaces. Make sure that your basking light is far enough away that Rango doesnt get a burn, it appears to be very close in the photo. Could just be angle. Idk.
Also you should remove the green carpet at the bottom since it collects and breeds bacteria.
One last thing, you should get digital hydrometer/thermometer combos with a probe, instead of the analog one that you have. Those ones are very inaccurate. And you need 2 or 3 or more to place at various locations.
