Would every other feeding be good? What other supplements should i use

Herpivite maybe?

I also gut load my crickets with oats bananas graham crackers and i use wet paper towels for them to drink off. Any suggestions?

Are the chams under good UVB lights, or given exposure to direct sunlight? If yes, then you probably dont want to use the D3 more than a couple times a month. A calcium only powder should be used most days. HerpVit similar frequency to the D3 - instead of using vitamin powders frequently, gutload your feeder insects and offer way more variety than just crickets. Also you can offer large crickets to adult chams.
There are several threads already on this subject which you may want to check out (use the search button). Here's one:

Yeah there under a good UVN light. See the problem is that there too little to give mealworms cause i dont want them to choke. SOOO what should i do? What kinda dust should i use?

You said..."i usually feed my chams 10-15 baby crickets a day. My chams are about two years old"...why are you still feeding them such small crickets? How big (not old) are your chameleons?? I hope you haven't stunted their growth?
