for me, best day
pascal obviously every day is torture and he hates his life passionately, the fact that i have finally got his temerature right with his expensive new bulbs, and feed him his favourite food and give him lots of water and plants and uvb light just pisses him off.
i went to fetch my brand new bike, it is a yzf-r125 for anyone wondering, my first bike, rode it all the way down from london to portsmouth.
before setting off in the morning pascal enjoyed sitting on my head while everyone was panicking over Jamess back tyre on his bike because it was running down to almost illegal and we couldnt figure out if it would be better to leave it for the journey or quickly try and get a new one.
pascal enjoyed a trip downstairs while i made a cup of tea and made my hair pretty for me ¬¬
he doesnt like my helmet. i like my helmet so he doesnt need to. he wouldnt appreciate £200 of shoei anyway but i didnt realise he would actually hate it. he doesnt even like it when i have a towel over my head after a shower.
silly thing.
he's getting much more friendly, now he knows he can go on my head and nothing will look at him (god forbid) but i think also the proper temperatures are cheering him up, he's not constantly basking to keep warm where he keeps blowing his good bulbs and i have to use a 60 watt one.
he has some nice cheapy 100watt bulbs at the moment, cheapest available but are actually brilliant.
my £7 - 8 150 watt bulb from pro rep blew after 2 months, the cheap general electric ones do blow, but not as often and theyre only £2 each ish.
anyhoo
little else to add
got my bike
got my car (another thing i got today - insured on my dads brand new family car thing that never gets used. bonus)
got my chameleon
fairly happy at the moment
might post photos to the album
