Good Morning from Spike! Hope everyone's chameleons are doing awesome!

I love that some of my silly little iPad games have chameleons here and there.

Finally caught the little gecko (it was a very young one) that has been trapped in the house for days. Gave him a drink and a meal before letting him free.

Hope all your chameleons are doing amazing! Spike is doing great. He's being a champ right now, because I need to 'redo' a lot of the lower sticks in his enclosure soon but I'll get to it soon!

When you wake up and realize it's not feeding day

Had a surprising pretty visitor in the yard today. Had to use iPad to take pics - phone was too far away.

Oh no. Having to spend a good amount of time in bed, elevating and icing my knee. There’s no TV or anything to watch…except my sweet and beautiful Ambilobe boys, Mango and Bart. Best view I could ever hope for.

Almost 4 years to the day.
Update: Koba passed away about 2 years ago. Graduated vet school, though not practicing in the states. I spent a couple years on and off in Brazil doing work with ACTP. Just got back a couple months ago after an eventful February. Theres a job opportunity in Germany, but I’ll probably end up back in Brazil. I fell in love with parrots throughout my time in school.

Not sure if this is a simple stretch or a "get the heck away from me" but it's probably the latter. My family is home for Spring break....clearly infringing on Spikes usual daytime privacy.
