I've been doing a lot of research online about what fruit and veggies I can feed my veiled chameleons. But I've also read about fruits and veggies that are toxic to chameleons. However, I can't ever find a list that says what these toxic foods are, only that I should avoid feeding them to my chameleons. What are the fruits and veggies that I should avoid feeding them?

I had been told Kale, if i am not mistaken ( mind you i had this conversation over ...4 months ago now) will mess up the digestive system somewhat, Not sure if that holds any truth, Personally i do the following:

I Feed the Following Regularly:
Mustard Greens
Collard Greens
Dandelion Greens
Dandelion Flowers
Celery Greens

I Feed the Following in Small Amounts:
Shredded Carrot (Sliced to smaller bites, Not Chunks)
Cucumber
Zucchini
Black Berries
Blue Berries
Strawberries

Limit use of brocoli, spinach, pasley, chives, swiss chard, cassava, beet leaves, kale, collards, amaranth, OLDER prickly pear pads, watercress, soybeans (edamame), rhubarb, almonds, apricot, figs, kiwi - high oxalic acid content.
