I ordered a Zilla digital hygrometer/thermometer a couple months back and when it arrived the humidity wouldn't display properly. Its a bit of a mission to send send things all the way to South Africa so I just left it as I haven't had much time recently (animation work and qualifying as helicopter pilot). Had a bit of time off last week so got round to opening it up and found that the ceramic chip that measures humidity was broken. The representative at Zilla, Rob, said he would send me a new one so 3 days later a box arrived via UPS and it had 3 replacements in it! Well chuffed with their response and handling of the situation.
