Zilla brand lights

I have someone making a big order for Zilla products, and since it's time for me to get new lights I thought about getting a couple of theirs. Does anyone use these? Anything negative about them? I'm talking about the linear UV lights, not basking or coil bulbs. I'm currently using exoterra 5.0. Stores here don't stock the Repti Sun ones.

Repti sun 18" are the best out there. I would suggest ordering them offline.

An 18" would be way too big for my enclosures, but besides that, I would pay more for shipping than I would for the light. Exoterra is the brand we Canadians get.

An example from ebay: $25 for the light, $20 for shipping, plus I have to pay duty and exchange on the dollar.

Thanks. It doesn't seem like a lot of people on this forum use them, but I wanted opinions.
Yeah most of us use zoomed repti-sun 5.0 linear bulbs because they are proven to be safe. many coil and compact bulbs, especially rzilla have been causing blindness and burns in reptiles andrzilla has had numerous other problems with their products. i just stay away completly since i suspect that an rzilla uvb light i had caused my previous female cham to go blind.

why zilla ?

i would be skeptical of any zilla lights linear or otherwise. they have a dubious reputation. everything you have ever wanted to know about zilla lights can be accessed by this excellent post by cf member dave weldon https://www.chameleonforums.com/new-chameleon-owner-38344/ reptisun lineal 5.0 has the best long term track history, so i dont understand why people always seem motivated to try something else, if it aint broke, dont fix it. for whatever its worth, reptisun is the only one to use a genuine quartz tube, i believe all of the others use glass jmo
