Zeus had the hiccups?

So I went to put on my shoes this morning and heard a weird noise. At first I thought it was my Cresteds by the short squeaky sounds. Then to my surprise it was my Panther. He was sitting in his bask half way puffing up his throat and making a weird hiccup like noise. Almost like a short hiss or something. The weirdest part was that he wasn't puffing his neck up all the way or even keeping it puffed. Instead, it was making the kind of puffed up pointy shape if any of y'all know what I'm talking about. Not sure if this is some type of respiratory infection or if he's simply putting out a mating call or claiming some type if dominance. Anybody seem this? I have a video of it, but tapatalk isn't allowing me to upload pics or videos all if a sudden. Anyone know about that?

chams really don't make noise im not 100% but he may have a respitory infection but I don't know for sure I would wait until someone with more experience pops in. But that's just what I Think.

Was there any discharge from the mouth or nostrils? (any nose bubbles?) That could be a sign of a RI. I thought my guy had one when he was making a little squeek and pop sound, but he only made it once, and I think he got some spray from his misting on his face. He was stretching out his throat with his tongue and the sound was air coming out his nostrils. If Zeus does this more often, I would consider a trip to the vet.

No nothing was coming out of him. I went to spray him thinking maybe he was dehydrated or something, and he immediately stopped and didn't make the noise again. Haven't seen/ heard anything since, and hopefully he was just doing some something. I suppose time will tell
