I would say its too hot in AZ for a glass/screen combo for a veiled.
I would go out and buy a all screen enclosure.
How often is he pooping?
If he is pooping every day that means he is eating but doing it behind your back, because alot of chams when first bought are shy of eating in front of you.
Also long at the urates (the white part of poop) is white and not orange that means he is also eating behind your back.

He/she is pretty young. You need to go out and buy a calcium podwer with out d3 and on calcium powder with d3 and also a reptile multi vitamin.
Im pretty sure pets mart has the one with d3 and the multi vitamin the one WITHOUT d3 you'll have to purchase online.

Also, once you obtain those I would suggest you dust you feeders with the calcium WITHOUT d3 at almost every feeding. (KEEP THE DUSTING LIGHT, OVERDUSTING WILL RESULT IN SICKNESS) and the one WITH d3 twice a month (every 2 weeks) and I give the multi vitamin to my veiled just once a month.

You should also try to get some real plants in there because chams enjoy eating them and also it helps keep them hydrated. I recommend a ficus or a hanging pothos plant.

Do you have a basking light? and how are you measuring the temperature? Its best to measure with a temp gun/digital themometer.

Are you useing sink water to mist? Its not recommened unless your water is fitered or you use reptisafe by zoomed (its in a blue bottle)

What is your lighting scheduale? Its best to do a 12/12 hr scheduale for example if you turn the lights on at 7am you turn them off at 7 pm

Im measuring humidity with and electronic humidity gauge taken from a cigar humidor(quit smoking) but i know it to be extremely accurate. I use miner-all with and with out D3 and reptical and haven't had him long enough to do a full cycle on the dusting schedule. He seems to hang out at the top of the cage under the UVB light alot.

Well that means hes eating but just a little, and we can rule out possible impaction since the plants are fake and hes pooping.
and if the urate is white and NOT orange than that means hes drinking behind your back.
It takes a little while for them to get use to their new home and sometimes they wont eat as much as normal.
Just give him space
the best thing would be to not constantly watch them and give them privacy.

Thank you for your advice. Ill try to give him as much space as possible. I started cup feeding him his crickets but there doesn't seem to have any gone.

Welcome to the forums. Your temps are too hot as everyone said and you haven't told us about your supplements, gut load and lighting. Is it a compacy UVB? What size feeders are you feeding? If they are too big he want eat them. Not sure if it was mentioned but he needs some live plants.

Has he cup fed before?
When I started cup feeding pepper it took her a little while to get use to it.
Do you put it in a visible spot for him? Prolly some where under his basking spot or the spot hes normally at so he can look down at it and start getting the idea, hey my foods here lol.
If he keeps not eating Id take some of his poop to a good reptile vet next to you and have a fecal done, actually itd be best to do this regardless if u havent already.
Some times chams wont eat because of parasites. and even if it comes back negative do it again in a wouple days or a week because some times there are just no eggs in the poo.

His crickets that I have been getting him are 2 weeks so they are quite small. and I dont believe he has cup fed before I have put it in a spot that he likes to hang out in. Ill do what I can to lower the temp. any suggestions? And ill defiantly get him some live plants ASAP

take some fresh poo and put it in a zip lock bag.
Take that to your reptile vet and have them do a fecal test.
Its pretty inexpensive depending on what clinic you use.
They get as cheap as 15 bucks.
This lets you know your little guy has no parasites and that isnt the reason hes not eating.

Do you have a basking light? If you do turn it off and that will lower the temps.

UPDATE.... took him out side for some freash air and sunlight... thought id try feeding him out side and he ate like a CHAMP. Any ideas on why this would be

Honestly I have no idea.
You said you have a 5.0 uvb reptisun, so the he wasnt feeling "sick" because of no uvb.

And the temps were high which could alter eating maybe.

Maybe he was just unhappy in his cage?
