Ha! We have boiled crawfish!

Ewww! We call those crayfish, and we would NOT eat them! It's all good. I visited Texas once for a business trip. Everyone was very nice and talked real slow-like (in a good way). I liked it, but I did not like the weather, my clothes stuck to me and it was March. I think the town was Brownsville, does that sound right? Right next to the border?

Hell, that ain't Texas, that's Mexico! Lol. Crayfish you catch in the creek, crawfish is what you farm and eat! Mmmm, so good!
