My Yemen chameleon has developed a kind of spot/blister near the tip of one side of his cast. It has been there about a week and started as a kind of wet sticky patch but has now developed into this red blister/spot.
He is approx. 2.5yrs old and he is on a diet of rocket, mario worms and locusts (a few locusts were loose in his tank for a few day before I noticed the spot).
He has been off his food, even his Mario worms (they're his fav), but I put this down to the heat and he's shedding.
His heat lamp has barely been on due to the weather and he is sprayed with luke warm boiled water every day or so (depending how humid it is in his tank).
If anyone has any ideas please let me know, this is my first chameleon and I've had him about 2 years.
